Mandy Faddis is a saxophonist and woodwind player based in Los Angeles, CA.
As a Seattle native and former resident of San Francisco Mandy has acquired extensive experience working and performing in the largest cities on the West Coast, playing every iteration of jazz, pop, latin, R&B, classical, rock and roll, funk, electronic, and big band genres.
She is praised for on-point improvisational solos and phrasing in all genres and her engaging style as a stage performer.
Mandy and other orchestra musicians in LA join Matthew McConaughey and Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings to film a commercial television advertisement for Lincoln cars - broadcast nationally May 17th, 2016 and featuring the Grammy-nominated Dap Kings covering the Allman Brothers' "Midnight Rider".

PRIVATE LESSONS | REMOTE INSTRUCTION
Mandy teaches saxophone, flute, and clarinet privately to adult and school-aged students at her studio in Los Angeles. She collaborates with public and private schools across California in jazz and wind ensembles to teach technique using focused sectional-style rehearsals. She is available for group and private instruction, and enjoys exploring all genres of music side by side with her students in a collaborative environment unique to each of them.
With a focus on practical and enjoyable practice methods, Mandy helps students set goals for themselves that are meaningful and attainable to keep instrumentalists of all ages and ability engaged in their own development.
She also interacts regularly and enthusiastically with her followers on YouTube and Instagram, helping instrumentalists around the world and those without access to personal instruction remotely to nurture their joy in playing music.
